"The experience was good! We went throughout the path between Sarmiento and Amarga gates. The price was a little too high for the experience. I preferred the complete trek that covers more points of the park. Although, this can be a good activity in case you want some free time in the late afternoon."

We’ll leave Puerto Natales and head to Torres del Paine National Park for an unforgettable adventure. Our hike begins at Lago Sarmiento Gate, covering a 6 km trail, perfect as a warm-up for the famous Base Torres Trek.

This gentle trail offers stunning views of Lake Sarmiento, a known puma hunting ground. After one hour, you’ll reach an archaeological site with 6,000-year-old cave paintings, created by the first Patagonian settlers. You’ll pause here to rest, take photos, and learn about local history.

You’ll continue towards Laguna Blanquillos, a bird nesting site, and then to Laguna Amarga Gate, before visiting Paine Waterfall, where mineral sediments paint the water in vibrant colors. Here, you’ll enjoy your box lunch with a breathtaking view of the Torres del Paine.

On the way back, we’ll pass through Cañadón Macho, home to herds of guanacos, before returning to Puerto Natales.

Uma caminhada muito tranquila e agradável. Bastante acessível. Exige uma condição física normal. Ótimos guias. Grupo pequeno.
