Changes and cancellations

Enter your request to the next form for a change, update, rescheduling or cancellation. All requests are managed and answered in 48 hours, except for those for services starting in less than 24 hours, which are handled with maximum priority.

Important: Requests submitted through this form will apply only to the booking codes you enter. If you have other bookings or are traveling with people who booked separately, you must enter all the codes to process your request correctly.
