Make this unforgettable journey with the Torres del Paine Tour Full Day Tour, departing from Puerto Natales to explore the highlights of the Torres del Paine National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

We’ll pick you up at your accommodation in Puerto Natales. The first stop is Cerro Castillo, gateway to the park. Then, we’ll continue to Lake Sarmiento Viewpoint, the perfect spot to capture your first panoramic views of the Torres del Paine reflecting on the water.

Next, you’ll visit Laguna Amarga Viewpoint, home to flamingos and stunning views of the towers. After entering the park through Laguna Amarga gate, you’ll pass by Lake Nordenskjöld, and stop at Salto Grande Waterfall, offering breathtaking sights of the Cuernos del Paine.

The route continues to Lake Pehoé and finally to Lake Grey, where you’ll have free time for lunch and a walk along the beach. Weather permitting, you may see floating icebergs carried by the wind from the Grey Glacier.

On the way back, you’ll explore the Milodon Cave Natural Monument, where remains of this prehistoric animal were discovered. Finally, we’ll return to Puerto Natales to end the adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The activity is available year-round. While summer (December to March) brings a higher chance of clear skies, Patagonian weather, its mix of clouds, rain, and wind, can occur at any time of year. For that reason, we recommend coming prepared and set for all kinds of weather, including the possibility of not seeing the Torres del Paine if they’re covered.

  • No. Under typical local conditions such as rain, snow, or cloud cover, the activity operates as normal. Only in extreme situations that could compromise visitor safety (such as whiteout conditions, heavy snow accumulation, or strong gusts), or due to force majeure (such as road closures or strikes), might the activity be suspended. These situations are very rare and usually happen only once or twice a year.

  • In this tour, the mountain range formed by the Torres del Paine and the Cuernos del Paine is seen in a panoramic way from the viewpoints of Amarga Lagoon and Sarmiento Lake, to an approximate distance of 20 kilometers. The view of the mountain range is always subject to the cloud conditions. It is important to say that this tour does not visit the Base of the Torres del Paine, which is possible making the Base of Torres del Paine Hike or the W Circuit.

  • Lunch is not included in the tour. You will have time for lunch in a coffe shop inside the national park. You will have the possibility to buy a quick lunch or having your own, in case you bring it with you.
  • This is a panoramic tour, in which the vehicle makes stops to have a better look of some tourist interest points. The distances walked are very short, just to get closer to a lookout and have a better perspective, so it is not physically demanding at all.
