If you are not in Puerto Natales, you can check the tour’s availability and price from El Calafate.


We’ll leave Puerto Natales to begin a 5.5-hour journey to Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina. After completing border formalities at Don Guillermo Pass, a local guide will join in El Calafate and accompany you to Los Glaciares National Park.


Your visit to the park will last about 1.5 hours, giving you time to explore the panoramic walkways facing the glacier and several viewpoints. If you’re lucky, you may witness a massive ice collapse over 70 meters high, one of Patagonia’s most awe-inspiring natural spectacles.


You’ll also have the option to split your time: 30 minutes on the walkways and a 1-hour boat tour in front of the glacier (not included). The navigation is subject to confirmed departures, weather conditions, and the absence of delays at the border crossing.

Important notes for the tour


  • Mandatory documentation:
    • All passengers must carry a valid and undamaged passport or ID card.
    • The document must not be torn, patched, or damaged in the chip or QR code.
    • If these requirements are not met, the reservation will be considered invalid and no refunds will be issued outside the established cancellation policy.
  • Travel time and customs:
    • The travel time between Puerto Natales and El Calafate may vary depending on customs clearance delays.
    • For this reason, please do not book transportation to leave Puerto Natales on the same night of the tour, as delays in the return may occur.

  • The tour is made during the whole year, even though not all types of programs are available during the whole year. Full day and Return in another date are available from September to April, while the option Return the next day is the only one available between May and August. Depending on how the weather and the road conditions is, the available dates of one or another program may vary in some weeks, thing that you will see informed in the description and the final availability of the calendar.
