Descripción

If you look for the tour from Puerto Natales enter here.

We’ll pick you up in Punta Arenas for a Full Day Torres del Paine tour. After a 3-hour drive to Puerto Natales (quick fuel stop and breakfast time), you’ll visit the Milodón Cave Natural Monument as your guide shares the story of the extinct giant sloth and its discovery.

Then you’ll continue to Torres del Paine National Park for classic viewpoints: Lago Sarmiento, Laguna Amarga, and Lago Nordenskjöld. We’ll pass Lago Pehoé and Paine Waterfall, with privileged views of the Towers and river. Then you’ll enjoy an optional 20-minute walk to Lago Grey beach for a different perspective of the Paine Massif and the Cuernos (weather permitting). The total walking is about 3 km on easy terrain. Finally, we’ll return to Punta Arenas at the end of the day.

Important

  • The return may be delayed due to weather. Plan to leave Punta Arenas at least 3 hours after the estimated return time or, ideally, travel the following day.
  • Flexible itinerary: the places visited may change on the day of the tour due to weather, safety, or park operations. We always aim to offer equivalent alternatives to preserve the overall experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The activity is available year-round. While summer (December to March) brings a higher chance of clear skies, Patagonian weather, its mix of clouds, rain, and wind, can occur at any time of year. For that reason, we recommend coming prepared and set for all kinds of weather, including the possibility of not seeing the Torres del Paine if they’re covered.

  • No. Under typical local conditions such as rain, snow, or cloud cover, the activity operates as normal. Only in extreme situations that could compromise visitor safety (such as whiteout conditions, heavy snow accumulation, or strong gusts), or due to force majeure (such as road closures or strikes), might the activity be suspended. These situations are very rare and usually happen only once or twice a year.

  • This is a panoramic tour, in which the vehicle makes stops to have a better look of some tourist interest points. The distances walked are very short, just to get closer to a lookout and have a better perspective, so it is not physically demanding at all.

  • Because this is a very long tour with short stops in order to complete the itinerary, we do not make stops to buy anything nor for lunch, so we recommend bringing a snack to eat in the transportation.
  • Yes, but you must indicate this in the Additional comments box when booking. If it is not informed in advance, it will be considered a no-show (loss of the tour without refund).
