Experience an adventure with the Pedra do Telégrafo Trek, one of the most famous viewpoints in Rio de Janeiro. The journey begins toward the city’s west zone, reaching Pedra Branca State Park, one of the largest urban Atlantic rainforest areas in the world.
From there, you will start the hike to Pedra do Telégrafo, a natural viewpoint known for its dramatic cliff-edge photos that create the illusion of hanging above the landscape. Along the trail, you’ll walk through native forest with chances to spot local wildlife and enjoy panoramic views of Tijuca Forest, Barra da Tijuca, and Restinga de Marambaia, a 43-km-long beach currently used for military activities.
At the summit, you’ll have time to take photos and admire the scenery from above. Afterward, you’ll descend back to the vehicle and return to the city, ending the experience.
