We will pick you up from your hotel in La Serena to start the journey into Valle del Elqui, a destination full of history, traditions, and stunning landscapes.


You will stop at the Puclaro Reservoir, where you will learn about the history of Gualliguaica village. Later, you will enjoy lunch before visiting an artisan pisco distillery, where you will discover the production process of Chile’s iconic spirit.


After that, you will explore Montegrande, home to the school-museum where Gabriela Mistral taught and lived. Then, you will continue to Pisco Elqui, visiting its square, church, and handicrafts, and finally to Vicuña, Mistral’s birthplace, with time to walk its plaza and explore local culture.


Finally, we will return to La Serena, closing a full-day tour filled with culture, flavors, and breathtaking landscapes of Valle del Elqui.


*The pickup is made only in downtown La Serena and in the Hotel Enjoy Coquimbo. After making your booking we will indicate if it is inside the downtown pickup area. If you are staying in Coquimbo or outside downtown area, we will set a meeting point.
