We’ll kick off this guided tour of Maracanã Stadium, one of the most famous stadiums in the world, and a true must-see in Rio de Janeiro. Officially inaugurated on June 24, 1950, during Brazil’s World Cup, Maracanã made history and remains one of the city’s iconic landmarks.


During the visit, you’ll explore key behind-the-scenes areas, including the Walk of Fame, the scale model area, the locker rooms, and the warm-up room. You’ll also access the stands for great views of the pitch (and your best photos), plus the press conference room, where you’ll have time to take pictures.
