The adventure begins with a 30 km drive along a road surrounded by araucarias, cypresses, and coigüe trees, until we reach the starting point of the trail. Along the hike, you’ll be immersed in an environment inhabited by wildlife such as the gray fox, red fox, pumas, and woodpeckers, which you may spot along the way.
From the trail, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Villarrica, Lonquimay, Sierra Nevada, and Llaima volcanoes, while walking through pristine landscapes that were once affected by fire but are now slowly regenerating, offering a powerful reminder of the resilience of nature.
We’ll return to the starting point after experiencing a trek filled with wildlife, volcanic scenery, and the spirit of the Andean forest.
