Experience the charm and history of Iquique with a City Tour that blends cultural landmarks and a bay boat ride.
We’ll start at the Cavancha peninsula, visiting the Grotto of Lourdes and enjoying a scenic coastal drive to 21 de Mayo Square. You’ll continue with a stroll along Baquedano Walk, lined with historic mansions, until reaching Prat Square, home to the 1877 Clock Tower, the Municipal Theater, and the old Customs House.
Then you’ll visit the replica of the corvette Esmeralda and the lively Riquelme fishing cove, before boarding at Prat Pier for a bay navigation. The highlight is reaching the Esmeralda buoy, marking the spot where the ship sank during the Naval Battle of Iquique in the War of the Pacific.
The tour ends at the ZOFRI mall, where you can enjoy duty-free shopping and one of northern Chile’s top retail centers.
