If you plan to continue your trip in the Chilean part of Patagonia, take our Transport to Puerto Natales. This private transportation service will pick you up directly from where you are staying, without having to meet us at a meeting point or the El Calafate bus station. No need to wait for a bus, the only thing you have to worry about is packing your suitcases and enjoying the views of the Patagonian pampas on this trip from Argentine to Chilean territory. From there, you can continue your adventure through the region’s natural beauty. On average, the trip takes 5 hours to reach your destination point in Puerto Natales, where we will drop you off wherever you like. Remember to bring all your required travel documents so that we can cross the border with ease.

  • Travel to Puerto Natales:
    • Departure between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM: from CLP$ 71.000 per person.
    • Departure between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: CLP$ 64.000 per person.


  • Travel to Torres del Paine Park:
    • Departure between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM: from CLP$ 79.000 per person.
    • Departure between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: CLP$ 71.000 per person.


*During the booking process, leave us the information about your accommodation or flight, as appropriate, to be able to manage your booking.


*For the transportation it is mandatory for all passengers of the booking that their travel document (id card or passport) be valid and in excellent condition (the chip and the QR code must not have any details, like being cracked or patched). In case you don’t fulfill some of these requirements, Denomades will not make any refund out of the deadlines established in the cancellation policy of the activity.

  • Only if you are a foreigner with permanent residence in Chile you will be able to cross the border showing your Chilean ID card. In case you are a foreigner with temporary residence in Chile, you must present your passport to cross the border.
  • There are some exchange offices in downtown Puerto Natales, by the Arturo Prat St., near the church. If you have limited time, maybe it is suitable for you to exchange money before going to Puerto Natales.

  • Each passenger may bring 1 carry-on bag or 1 checked bag of up to 23 kg, plus 1 small personal item to be placed on the passenger seat. To bring additional luggage, you must request a quote by writing to reservas@denomades.com. Special luggage such as bicycles, sports equipment, or musical instruments is not allowed.
