In case of extreme weather conditions, the Beagle Channel excursion may be rescheduled or adapted to ensure the safety of the passengers.
Since the tour navigates the Beagle Channel year-round, it is essential to wear warm, windproof clothing, even during the summer. It is also recommended to bring gloves, a hat, and sunglasses, as the Patagonian wind can be very strong and constant throughout the navigation.
Yes, the tour allows infants from 0 years old and offers a reduced fare for children aged 4 to 11. However, since it is a 3.5-hour boat tour, it’s important to consider in advance how well children tolerate the cold and the boat’s movement.
The cruise takes place on a modern aluminum catamaran built for naval use, with capacity for over 150 passengers and designed for a comfortable, safe sightseeing experience. On board you’ll find a kitchen and bar, a lounge with panoramic views, and a large bow deck that’s perfect for wildlife watching and photos. The boat also features restrooms, a heating system throughout the vessel, and full safety equipment: an automatic smoke detection and fire alarm system by risk zones, manual fire alarms at lounge exits, and life rafts and life jackets for 100% of passengers. All our catamarans are approved by the Argentine Coast Guard, so you can simply relax, enjoy the scenery and be amazed by the landscape and local wildlife.
