Important notes
- For shared bus transport, if you're traveling with infants and need a child safety seat, you can request one free of charge in the additional comments field during the booking process. Just make sure to let us know in advance.
- The shared van service includes pickup in the Dorotea and Puerto Bories areas.
- The shared van service does not offer pickup at the Bus Terminal or at meeting points without a specific address (e.g., Plaza de Armas, street corners, etc.).
- Write your hotel or flight details (if applies) and your exact time within the available window in the Additional comments box, for the private service.
- Each traveler must carry a valid ID or passport in perfect condition (chip and QR undamaged).
- Total travel time (around 5 hours) may vary due to immigration control and road conditions.
