Important notes
- The group service includes pickup in the Dorotea and Puerto Bories areas.
- The group service does not offer pickup at the Bus Terminal or at meeting points without a specific address (e.g., Plaza de Armas, street corners, etc.).
- Write your hotel or flight details (if applies) and your exact time within the available window in the Additional comments box, for the private service.
- Each traveler must carry a valid ID or passport in perfect condition (chip and QR undamaged).
- Total travel time (around 5 hours) may vary due to immigration control and road conditions.
- Standard baggage included; for extra or oversized items, tell us during booking.
- If documents don’t meet requirements or details are incomplete, refunds don’t apply beyond the policy deadlines.

- Only if you are a foreigner with permanent residence in Chile you will be able to cross the border showing your Chilean ID card. In case you are a foreigner with temporary residence in Chile, you must present your passport to cross the border.
- There are some exchange offices in downtown Puerto Natales, by the Arturo Prat St., near the church. If you have limited time, maybe it is suitable for you to exchange money before going to Puerto Natales.
Each passenger may bring 1 carry-on bag or 1 checked bag of up to 23 kg, plus 1 small personal item to be placed on the passenger seat. To bring additional luggage, you must request a quote by writing to reservas@denomades.com. Special luggage such as bicycles, sports equipment, or musical instruments is not allowed.
