We will gather at our meeting point to start this Llaca Lagoon Trek. You will leave the city of Huaraz heading east. You will pass Marian and then you will get to the Llaca base camp, where you will begin the hike. Along the way you will be able to observe the local vegetation and the gigantic mountains, such as Ocshapalca and Ranrapalca. You will also be able to observe the mountain melting in the area, until reaching Llaca Lagoon at 4450 m altitude. Here you will have time to eat, take photographs and rest. After this break, you will walk back to take the bus that will take you to Huaraz.
