We will gather at our meeting point to leave Huaraz city. You will visit the towns of Paria and the ruins of Wilcahuain, an archaeological site made up of an architectural complex from ancient Peru, from the pre-Inca era. Here the Temple of Wilcahuain stands out, a three-story building that is part of the Wari culture. From here you will begin a 3-hour trek by the ravine, surrounded by pine and queñual trees. You will arrive at Ahuac Lagoon, at 4580 m altitude, located within the Huascarán National Park, in the Cordillera Blanca. This lagoon has crystal clear waters similar to a mirror with a blue reflection. Here you will have time to eat, take photographs and rest. Then you will walk back to the transport that will take you back to Huaraz.
