We will gather at our meeting point to begin this food tour in the city of Bogotá. We will visit different places to compare the flavors of Colombia, perceiving the clash of cultures between the local products and the style that the people of Spain introduced when they arrived in the continent. We will taste empanadas, obleas (wafers) and pandebono (cheese bread), while the guide explains the gastronomic origin of what we are tasting at the moment. Lastly, we will do a coffee tasting, to see how this beverage is prepared and to learn about the aroma, taste and quality.
