Yes. There will be a stop along the way at a specialized shop where you can rent snow gear. The complete kit (jacket, pants, boots, and gloves) costs approximately CLP $45,000 per person. Rental is optional and can be paid directly at the shop, by credit or debit card, or in cash (Chilean pesos, dollars, and reais).

The ski resorts are located at around 3,000 meters (9,800 feet) above sea level. At that altitude, some people may experience dizziness, fatigue, or headaches. To avoid these discomforts, we recommend:

• Staying well hydrated and avoiding alcohol or heavy meals before the tour.
• Not smoking before ascending.
• Getting a good night’s sleep the night before.
• Avoiding reading or using your phone during the drive, as the road has many curves.

Yes, lessons are organized by age and skill level. During the lessons, children and adults learn in separate groups, allowing each person to receive instruction tailored to their pace and needs. All instructors are certified and highly trained to work at ski resorts, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for people of all ages.

The tour includes all the necessary equipment for skiing or snowboarding, depending on the option you choose. If you choose to ski, you'll receive skis, boots, and poles; and if you choose to snowboard, you'll receive a board and boots. A helmet is also included in both options, allowing you to enjoy the experience with greater safety.
