What to bring:
We will begin cycling through the streets of Puerto Williams, passing its main landmarks and learning about the development of this remote community. From there, we will head to the Martín Gusinde Museum or the Micalvi Yacht Club, before riding westward.
Along the way, you will encounter remnants of the Beagle conflict, such as trenches and weapons left behind from the near-war between Chile and Argentina in 1978. Reaching the Los Bronces bridge, we will leave the bikes and continue on foot into one of the southernmost forests on Earth.
After a short hike, we will arrive at the Los Bronces Waterfall, the most famous in Navarino Island, where you can rest, take photos, and enjoy the pristine environment.
We will return to Puerto Williams to end this unforgettable day of history, cycling, and nature.
