We will gather at our meeting point to immerse ourselves in the rich coffee culture of Colombia, while you learn about the coffee production process and enjoy spectacular landscapes. You will enter the mountains to witness the splendor of the coffee plantations of Santa Elena. You will be able to see the plantations and learn ancient secrets of growing and harvesting coffee, guided by passionate local farmers who will explain how coffee beans go through a meticulous process of selection, roasting and grinding to become a perfect cup full of aromas and flavors. You'll also be able to taste a variety of exceptional coffees, from smooth and sweet to bold and full-bodied.
