Descripción

You will leave Cusco very early in the morning to begin this Ausangate 7 Lagoons Trek. You will head towards the community of Pacchanta, which is located on the slopes of the Ausangate snow-capped mountain at 4,200 meters above sea level. Its inhabitants are dedicated to raising alpacas and growing native tubers, in addition to being all expert weavers. Here you will have the opportunity to have breakfast and then venture into the middle of the Andes Mountains to visit the “7 beautiful Ausangate lagoons”. The first lagoon you will see will be the Pukaqocha lagoon, then you will find the Pataqocha lagoon and the Alqa Qocha lagoon. The next lagoons you will see on the tour will be Q'ome Qocha, Orq'o Otorongo and China Otorongo, to finally visit the Azul Qocha lagoon. After this, you will return to the community of Pacchanta where you can enjoy its hot springs (optional, not included) and also a delicious lunch, before returning to Cusco.
