What to bring:
We will gather at our meeting point to begin a walking tour through the most emblematic landmarks of the City of Eternal Spring.
You will visit the San Marcos Cathedral, designed in the 19th century under Peruvian president José Balta, as well as the Colón 10 Museum, built over an ancient Chinchorro cemetery with acrylic floors that allow you to observe and preserve unique archaeological remains. You will also see the former Customs House and the Arica–La Paz railway station, symbols of the city’s history and international connection.
To end the tour, you will climb the iconic Morro de Arica, a historic site from the War of the Pacific. From its summit, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Pacific Ocean.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point, closing an experience that blends history, culture, and unforgettable scenery in Arica.
