We will meet at our meeting point to start this tour towards the outskirts of the city of Trujillo. We will begin the traditional tour with a trip by vehicle to the Huacas del Sol and de la Luna (Temples of the Sun and Moon). These huacas belonged to the Moche culture and were administrative and religious centers. The buildings that have been preserved up to the present day provide an account of the social organization that existed at that time, before the arrival of the Spanish to the region. We will have time to walk around and even buy some handicrafts before heading back to the city of Trujillo to end the tour.
