Description
*Pickup is only available for accommodations located along Alameda, Providencia, and Apoquindo avenues (Line 1 of the Santiago Metro). If you are staying outside or far from this area, we will provide you with a meeting point at a hotel or metro station along one of these avenues.
We'll pick you up at your accommodation before beginning an approximately 1.5-hour journey to the main ski resorts in the Santiago Metropolitan Region. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to stop at a rental shop if you need to rent ski clothing or equipment.
The transfer is a shared service with fixed departure and return times on the same day (return to Santiago scheduled for around 3:00 PM).

Schedule:
Group transfers to Valle Nevado, El Colorado, and Parque Farellones: uphill departures from 5:00 AM and return departures from 3:00 PM.
Group transfer to La Parva: uphill departures from 5:30 AM and return departures from 3:00 PM.
Pickup is available only from accommodations located along the Alameda, Providencia, and Apoquindo avenues corridor (Santiago Metro Line 1).
If you're staying outside this area, we'll assign a meeting point at a hotel or Metro station along one of these avenues.
The transfer duration is an estimate and may vary due to weather conditions, road closures or restrictions, traffic accidents, congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided for extended travel time or for the inability to use, in whole or in part, tickets, admission passes, or any other services affected by delays resulting from these circumstances.
Frequently Asked Questions
The policy depends on which ski resort you're visiting:
- Valle Nevado and El Colorado: Allowed. You may bring 1 complete ski or snowboard set per person (skis or snowboard, poles, boots, helmet, and goggles), either from the beginning of the transfer or rented at the rental shop where the transfer makes a scheduled stop.
- La Parva: Not allowed. Ski and snowboard equipment cannot be transported. In addition, this transfer does not stop at a rental shop.
- Farellones Snow Park: Not allowed. The park does not allow visitors to bring their own ski or snowboard equipment, as all required equipment is included with the activities.
- To book Transfer to Ski Resorts (round trip on the same day), you must choose the date and follow the steps on the website. You can add more tours to your cart before confirming your booking.
- We accept bookings up to 1 days in advance, subject to availability. Therefore, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.
