We’ll depart from San Pedro de Atacama toward the Cordillera de la Sal, in the heart of the Atacama Desert, the driest on Earth. Our destination: the iconic Moon Valley (Valle de la Luna), a landscape of erosion-carved rock formations, salt crusts, the towering Duna Mayor, and views that feel otherworldly.


You’ll cross the valley to visit its most famous highlights: Las Tres Marías, the Canyon, and the Amphitheater, perfect for photography and quiet contemplation. The day ends with sunset at the Likan-Antay viewpoint, when the desert shifts colors and the volcanoes on the horizon glow in oranges and pinks.
