We’ll leave Puerto Natales and travel 120 km to Estancia 3R, where you’ll be welcomed with insights into Patagonian life and traditions.

The adventure begins with a short walk to Laguna Irene, a perfect spot for birdwatching and photography. Here, you’ll learn about indigenous history and colonization before starting the medium-intensity Sierra Baguales Trek.

This 12 km hike follows trails along the Bagual Mountain Range, home to pumas, guanacos, and wild horses. You’ll ascend to a viewpoint at 1,200 m (3,900 ft), offering breathtaking panoramic views, where you’ll rest, enjoy the box lunch, and take amazing photos.

Along the way, you’ll also spot marine fossils millions of years old, proof that Patagonia was once the ocean floor. The experience ends with our return to Puerto Natales.
