What to bring:
On this Paris Free Highlights Tour, you’ll visit Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most significant churches in the city and one of the oldest Gothic cathedrals in the world. You’ll also see La Conciergerie, a palace that served as the residence of the French kings between the 10th and 14th centuries, later becoming a state prison in 1392. Right next to it is Sainte-Chapelle, a Gothic temple located on the Île de la Cité, considered one of the masterpieces of the radiant phase of Gothic architecture. To cross to the other side of the Seine River, you’ll walk over the oldest bridge in Paris, the Pont Neuf, which offers stunning views of the Seine. Next, you’ll see the Louvre Palace, a former royal palace located between the Tuileries Garden and the Church of Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois in Paris. Throughout the tour, the guide will not only share insights into the city’s history but also provide recommendations and tips to make the most of your stay in Paris.
