We will meet to embark upon this culinary experience where we will come to understand why Peruvian cuisine is renowned around the world. On this Rosa Náutica Food Tour, we will be able to visit this well-known restaurant located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. We will receive our chef's apron to start this activity, where we will learn how to make the famous pisco sour and ceviche. After this, we will sit down at the table to eat our gourmet lunch while looking out at sea.

After lunch, we will go to the local market, where we can see firsthand how products are chosen to prepare the dishes and which ones are chosen. We will also get to taste typical fruits from the region, and then we will end the activity.
