You will begin this 5 Islands Tour leaving Cartagena on a sports boat, from where you will have incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. First you will make a short stop at Bocachica Island, where you will know the For San Fernando, and then continue the trip to the Rosario Islands, a small archipelago made up of 28 islands. You will stop at Isla Grande where you will have 45 minutes to snorkel and see the marine fauna of the place, or go to the Oceanario (entrance ticket no included). Then, you will continue the trip going to at he Encantada Beach Club, where you can rest before heading to Cholón Island. Here you can share a relaxing moment with music with other passengers. Finally, you will arrive at Playa Tranquila, at a Mambo Beach Club where you will have the rest of the time to relax in front of the sea. If you selected the option with bioluminescent plankton, you will make an extra visit to the Enchanted Lagoon in Barú where you will witness this true spectacle of nature.

  • No, activities to the Rosario Islands are not canceled due to brief rain showers, as these are common in Cartagena. Additionally, the weather may differ between the city and the islands. The activity is only canceled if the Maritime General Directorate (DIMAR) determines “red tide” conditions or a risk situation.

  • You can replace the snorkel activity with a visit to the Oceanario. You just need to inform the guide, who will make the necessary arrangements to include the Oceanario visit in your itinerary.

  • After touring the islands, we will spend the afternoon at Mambo Beach Club. There, you can have lunch and use the club's common facilities such as restrooms and chairs. Balinese beds are available for an additional cost.

  • If you choose the 5 Islands Tour + Bioluminescent Plankton option, as night approaches, we will board a boat to venture into the lagoon. At night, you will see how the water glows thanks to the bioluminescent plankton. You can enjoy this activity best during a new moon.
