Bodega Gamboa is a boutique winery located just 65 km from downtown Buenos Aires, ideal for a day escape among the vineyards. As you leave the highway and follow a road lined with poplar trees, you’ll feel the city noise fade away and give way to the vineyard’s unique microclimate, where your experience begins.
At the heart of the estate, 5 hectares of vineyards produce the wines of Campana. When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of one of their exclusive labels, the perfect way to relax and start enjoying the setting.
Next, your guide will lead you on a walk through the vineyard, stopping at key spots around the estate. Along the way, you’ll hear the story of Bodega Gamboa, learn about the unique terroir and how it shapes the wines. During this visit you’ll taste a second wine as you stroll between the rows of vines and breathe in the fresh country air.
The experience continues along a charming wooded path that leads to the winery. There you’ll step inside the cellar, where the team explains which wines they produce, how they are made, and how to recognize their signature style. It’s the perfect moment to ask questions, learn more about the process, and taste a third wine, completing a guided tasting that captures the essence of the winery.
To end the day, you’ll visit Casa Gamboa, the winery’s restaurant, which offers the best views of the vineyard.
